Here. And an excerpt:
In answer to the question, “R.C., why didn’t you sign the Manhattan Declaration?” I offer the following answer: The Manhattan Declaration confuses common grace and special grace by combining them. While I would march with the bishop of Rome and an Orthodox prelate to resist the slaughter of innocents in the womb, I could never ground that cobelligerency on the assumption that we share a common faith and a unified understanding of the gospel (emphasis added).

Since you haven't been too quick to link some of the PCA signers...
I think Lig Duncan makes some good clarifying points:

I try to give some rationale also:

I am sick of listening to Chuck Colson in his radio spots going on about how thousands upon thousands need to sign this document. It's about numbers. And that means it is ultimately about an arm of flesh.
The prominent organizers are ECT folks. It seems crazy to me that discerning people don't get it...we can ostensibly stand and be "co beliigerents" about moral ills but..get this!...the MD signers are all over the map when it comes to the Gospel (which means that many advocate a false Gospel, which is a damning heresy!). So, let's not kid ourselves by saying "we Christians" and let's not kid the world with lies about the unity of the signers on the Gospel.
Folks this is a numbers game...pure and simple. Let's get the numbers up and that will make a difference.
Sorry but I have never bought into that.
I neglected to sign my comment...

Tony,
Thanks for the links. Most of the posts I've linked to have included links to those explaining their rationale for signing. Nick Batzig's post is quite thorough in this respect.
